I eat the same thing for breakfast every day. Peanut butter granola and milk. I always have it on hand. There are never any surprises. It means that I don’t have to plan breakfast. I just pour it in a bowl and eat it. Some days I wake up craving breakfast. I can’t wait to eat my peanut butter granola. There are times when I’m running – which I do first thing in the morning – that I start thinking of breakfast, and I can’t wait to eat my peanut butter granola.
