I took the kids to the Durham Blogger Bash last night at the Broad St Cafe. Both of them had homework to keep them occupied while I chatted with friends and met some new bloggers. At one point Peter asked me if I had a dictionary. I did not response in a sarcastic manner with the obvious question of “What makes you think I have a dictionary on me?” I just handed him my Blackberry.
I have a Google Search app on my Blackberry that he uses. It is a bit easier than fighting the Blackberry browser. The interesting thing is that it keeps your last search request in its search box. This morning I happened to open the Google app and saw the word doldrums. I’ll have to ask him about that one.
