Tonight I went out for sushi in an area of Nashville called The Gulch. We went to Ru-San and had Godzilla Maki, which is described on the menu as Chopped Macadamia Nuts, Rolled with Red Snapper, Fried, Again Rolled with Sushi Rice, Topped with Aioli and Masago, Baked. I certainly ordered it for the name. How could I not order something called Godzilla?
