A nearby convenience store is advertising its Bitcoin ATM. The lighted sign that usually hawks deals on two liter bottles of soda or two-for-one deals on candy is now enticing users of the most popular digital currency.
Does the store take Bitcoin? No idea. But if you’re driving down the road thinking that you need to grab some Bitcoin to send to “an associate” later, this is the place.
This is likely a new feature of those shady, high-fee convenience store ATMs and it probably requires some advertising. Maybe I should drop in and get some Bitcoin.
