A palindrome is a word that is same forwards and backwards. These words are pretty common. But I had to look up what it is called when you can turn the word upside down and it still spells the same thing. It's called an ambigram.
Sometimes this is done as a calligrapher's trick with swoops and swirls that cause a word to appear the same when you turn it over. These are not palindromes. But some palindromes have letters that read the same upside down. A palindrome brand with a specifically designed logo creates an image that is the same in any orientation. Thanks for teaching me a new word, Sonos.
