Companies want feedback on all sorts of things, including the cleanliness of their restrooms. I don’t know who is going to call a phone number and report an unclean restroom. There are even tablets mounted on the wall where you can tap a happy face or a sad face to indicate your opinion about the experience. That would be interesting data to see.
I was in a fast food restaurant and the light was out in the restroom. It meant that I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see what I was doing. I reported that to the sandwich artist out front.
