As if a Pennsylvania resident rodent predicting upcoming weather patterns based on the position of the sun and the acuity of its vision is not a ridiculous enough pop culture meme, this day has now been taken over by the representation of a movie of the same name in which a weatherman gets caught in a time loop while watching said rodent emerge from his hole to let us all know when Spring will be here.
