After a short time in Greece I have developed a fantasy that we will buy an olive grove and move here. We will press and sell artisnal olive oil and open a small taverna on site for Deborah to serve traditional Greek cuisine.
I think of the manual labor of the olive farming - which I know nothing about - as a positive. I even went so far as to search "Greek olive farms for sale." I definitely need to kearn more about olive farming and pressing olive oil before exploring this idea any further.
