I was driving on the highway and just before the road headed down a steep hill, there was sign that said hill. This was not an indication to truckers that they needed to slow down or a warning about a steeply graded highway. It was just a sign that said hill. And it was placed at the exact moment when you can see the hill. If there was something about your driving that you needed to change because of the impending hill, it just wasn’t possible at that point.
